This compact, cost-effective optical quadrature encoder can be attached to the 4 mm wall of a motor. It has 300 cycles (full quadrature cycles) per revolution and can be installed by mounting it over the shaft, attaching it to the side of the motor and tightening the adjusting screw. For complete mounting instructions, refer to the operating instructions. This encoder does not support the use of an index channel.
