>The USB-RLY08 has eight potential-free contact relay outputs with a rated current of up to 1Amp each. It is powered by any commercially available USB bus and has an exceptionally low maximum current consumption of approximately 90mA with relays on. The relays are of type SPCO (Single Pole Change Over). The normally open, normally closed and common pins are all available on the screw terminals.

LED display
>The USB-RLY08 has a red LED located next to each relay to indicate whether it is in an active state (LED on), there are also two LEDs that flash with USB transactions to and from the module, green for receiving data from the PC and yellow for transferring data to the PC. Finally, a red power LED is located on the opposite side of the board to the USB port.

Relay rated power
>When the contact load voltage and contact current of the relay are within the range enclosed by the solid and dashed lines in the following figure, the relay can perform a stable switching operation. If the relay is used at a voltage or current exceeding this range, the life of the contacts can be significantly reduced.
