Vouchers are redeemed by entering the appropriate code. You find the input field "Redeem code" in the shopping cart at the end of the page.
A direct exchange is not possible. An exchange against another article is only possible by returning and refunding the original article with subsequent reordering of the other article. Please contact us before returning an article.
